Prices
All prices listed on tendini.store are listed in Swedish kronor including 25% VAT.
 
Payment options
Our payment provider Klarna provides payment via card, internet payment, invoice and partial payment. In the checkout you will find Klarna's own terms and conditions. You agree to these terms by completing your purchase. In the event of delayed payment, a reminder fee and interest on late payment and, if applicable, collection costs, this is nothing Tendini Fashion is responsible for, but it is Klarna's terms and conditions. For questions about payment, we refer to Klarna.
We do not charge any fees for any of our payment methods. If you choose the payment method Invoice, the invoice will be sent to the email address you registered with your order. 
We also accept payments via PayPal or directly by card, you choose this when you check out.
 

Security
We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which means that all orders are encrypted. When making card purchases, your card information is processed securely and confidentially.

Delivery & shipping cost

The delivery time at Tendini Fashion is normally within 2-4 weekdays and the shipping cost is free when buying in Sweden. We also deliver abroad, then the delivery takes longer, about 5-10 weekdays, and the shipping cost is SEK 99. But for purchases over SEK 699 we also offer free shipping outside Sweden. We deliver with DHL. When you have placed an order, you will receive a tracking number from us so you can track your order with DHL.

Return
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to make a return after you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and with tags and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Contact us at contact@tendini.store. In the subject line, write: Return Tendini Fashion and your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The cost of return is SEK 55 (this will be deducted from your refund.) 
 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for SALE purchases.
 
 Complaint
All goods we send must be fault-free upon delivery. If an item still turns out to be defective, please contact us here. All complaints must be made within 30 days. A complaint is not automatically approved, but must first be approved. If the complaint is approved, we will pay the shipping. But if the complaint is not approved, the item will be sent back to you.
 
 Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return/claim and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be made using your original payment method.
