Delivery & shipping cost
The delivery time at Tendini Fashion is normally within 2 working days.

Return:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to make a return after you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and with tags and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Contact us at contact@tendini.se. In the subject line, write: Return Tendini Fashion and your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The cost of return is SEK 55 (this will be deducted from your refund.)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for SALE purchases.

Complaint
All goods we send must be fault-free upon delivery. If an item still turns out to be defective, please contact us at contact@tendini.se. All complaints must be made within 14 days. A complaint is not automatically approved, but must first be approved. If the complaint is approved, we will pay the shipping. But if the complaint is not approved, the item will be sent back to you.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return/claim and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be made using your original payment method.
