REFUND POLICY

 

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after you receive your item.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, properly handled, unmodified, unsoiled, perfume and odor free, with tags and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@tendini.store. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping

If you live in Sweden, you will receive a return label when you contact us regarding the return. The cost of this return is SEK 55 (this will be deducted from your refund.)

 

For all customers who do not live in Sweden, you are obliged to purchase your own shipping to the address you receive when you contact us regarding your return.

 

Injuries and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right.

 

Exceptions / disposable items

Some types of goods cannot be returned (customized products such as special orders or personalized goods). We also do not accept returns if the product is damaged.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Return shipping

When a return is accepted, the customer is responsible for getting the package back to our warehouse in Alingsås, Sweden

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund using your original payment method. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
